California AG considering civil suit against HP

Interesting situation: As Bill Lockyer will have a new job in just over a month, he's a lame duck and while I'm sure it would be career civil service lawyers actually conducting the lawsuit, it will be AG-elect and ex-Gov Jerry Brown that would be in charge when the suit is actually litigated, making him politically responsible.
