Java on .net = J# ???
Ummm... I think that is already there...
Microsoft has J#, which is based on the Java language.

Also, they do have an inmplementation of the CLR for Mac... it just doesn't support the full framework (yet).

Then again, there is the mono project... (www.go-mono.org)

Sun with Java, Microsoft with .Net and Novell with Mono and Gnome.... this should keep things interesting for a while.
