AMD No Longer US Company
At some point in off-shoring work to other countries these corporations should lose their 'citizenship' status. If AMD does nothing but market overseas production in the US they should be taken off domestic (US) stock market and list themselves where ever they are 'based' at - China in AMD's case. They should be subject to all conditions a foreign corporation operating in US does, none of the benefits enjoyed US corporations.
