Just finished watching "Who killed the electric car'
and some of the arguments in this article sound so hollow and familiar. The capacity is here now to build 100% electric cars to perform our day to day transportation needs. And contrary to the popular myth, they would not have a greater impact on the environment. The only people being impacted are the big oil companies and auto makers.

I would much rather have a 100% electric car to do my commuting in than hydrogen or hybrid. That would be justification enough to push the wind, wave and solar initiatives as well. At least up here in the North West we have some excellent channels that can be set up for wave generators. Coastal wind generators too. Unfortunately solar is not a viable option, unless you get east of the Cascades.

Bring back the electric car!
