- why is multi core code hard?

And it isn't really multi-core, it's multi-cpu.
People used to say the same thing about multi-threaded code. But actually it's pretty easy.
And besides, if you find it hard, just use libraries where people have implemented the physics and graphics engines already. What's hard about that?
I worked on a 25 cpu image processor about 20 years ago. It wasn't hard. Why would it be?
