- Service? Menu?
-
I often cannot even get my order across because of language barriers here in SoCal. Working on tech support issues when the WiFi is causing fits? Sounds like it will be more frustration than it's worth to me.
They should spend the money on a customer controlled ordering interface where the 'cashier' is taken out of the loop. This would probably increase their satisfaction rating a bit, at least as much as adding 'services' to their menu.
As for their food, they still make a decent 'regular' burger. It takes like two of them to get anywhere close to a meal, but they are not bad tasting. All the rest of their menu is aimed at trying to get back some of the business that McD's lost to a more responsive competition. I only go to McDonalds anymore because my kids still like. - Posted by: klmmicro Posted on: 04/14/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
