why can't we complain about problems? seriously. i use Dell and i've had soem HORRIBLE cusrtomer service experiences from them. Just because they are the best in the industry (say yeah?) doesnt' mean they are perfect, or even what i would consider A+.

As for AMD... has anyone stopped to cosnider that AMD is no small company? It might produce less silicon than Intel, but they are a HUGE company, able to invest millions into foundries. Many chip designers can't even afford to press their own silicon, so they rent soemone else's plants to do it for them. The hatred of Intel, isn't about "defend the tiny start-up," it's abotu bad experiences with Intel and not liking many of their products and desicisons. AMD, just happens to be the company that is producing the better CPU right now. They just need to get their Chipset vendors to shape up a bit more.
