Good one, No_Ax.
"You hate DDR2 RAM because it costs a few pennies more."

Hate to break it to you No_Ax, but DDR2 is expected to cost up to 100% the price of DDR RAM. That's not a few pennies--that's roughly $360 for a gig of DDR2 compared to $180 for a gig of DDR.

Given that DDR2 will have no initial performance advantage over DDR, I'd call that a good reason NOT to use it.
