Who needs to manufacture hardware...
when you can collect hundreds of millions of dollars just licensing patents. It seems to me that patent laws need a serious overhaul. If the company which patents the technology does not produce the product or sell the patent to a company which does produce the product, then the patent should be voided.

I fail to see how this convoluted system of hardware and software patents ENCOURAGES innovation. It appears to be STIFLING innovation to me.
