They WILL Never Learn
to not be greedy. That's obvious. So, it will happen again. Only, this time they'll make more. All those programmers aren't there. All those 'customer service' people aren't there. And who will suffer? Anyone who buys their products, because they surely won't be any better. They'll just contain BS stuff that people can be talked in to buying. That's why more cell phones have cameras in them than have voice dialing (great when talking and driving).

Again, we're idiots, and deserve what we get.
