I agree, Sony has every right prevent people from illegally selling their equipment, but what Lik-Sang were doing was not illegal, and this court ruling will start alarm bells ringing everywhere. Heck, even Amazon sell imported goods. You saying they should be stopped too?

The company I work for exports goods around the world, we do not have to seek the consent of the supplier to do this. In fact the opposite is true, if we are not allowed to, then it is because the supplier has made us sign a LEGALLY BINDING document to say we will not. I have not heard any mention of this in tis case...

Sony have just done this because what Lik-Sang was doing lowers demand for when they finally get round to releasing things in Europe, meaning Sony sales figure look worse.
