"cause it works...

I bought an HP Pavillion dv9033cl with the Core 2 Duo etc. and the machine locks
up almost as soon as I opened it. After I got the faulty Norton Security program
deleted it seemed to be ok, that is until I tried to use it for playing music. If I
bought any MP3's online I couldn't play them in WMP 11. Never able to rectify that
situation. iTunes was also faulty on my new PC laptop. Hours upon hours of
various tech support lines were unable to help me. My old 750 mhz processor
performed just as good (which is the reason I was looking for a "faster" machine).
Also tried connecting my HP all-in-one printer to my Hp laptop and got more
issues.
Bottom line: don't spend good money on a Windows based machine if you plan to
run anything other than Anti virus software. I traded in my Hp for a MacBook Pro
and got a machine that actually works... with everything I plug into it... my
external hard drive, my printer, my camera, my iPod, my midi synth, my dj mixing
software, my wireless router (or any wireless for that matter), need I go on? My
Mac even runs microsoft office and for those neccessary but uncompatible
programs I can run WinXP on my Mac.
It's worth the money.
