You know...
...I don't think I will. I'll grant, those MacBook Pros have some neat features that I'd like to see Dell implement on it's laptops for a much lower price. The features I really like are the integrated webcam/microphone and the illuminated keyboard. The remaining features of the MacBook Pro (MagSafe, Ambient Light Sensor, etc.) are really un-compelling to me. Then there're things like the low native screen resolution and the underclocked Mobility Radeon X1600 that really turn me away from the MacBook Pros.

So thanks for the idea, but I paid $2,156.00 for my Inspiron E1705, which has a 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo, an Nvidia Geforce Go 7900 GS, 2 GB of DDR2-667 memory, an 80 GB 7200 RPM HDD, a 5-in-1 card reader, an 8x DVD burner, a 1920x1200 scren resolution, six USB ports, BlueTooth and 802.11g.

Running Windows XP Media Center Edition, doing everything the Apple commercials say you can't do on a PC.
