Great deal for RH
Now they can sit back and watch the best IP legal team in the world pummel SCO into the mat, then tag in to stomp on whatever's left.

RH didn't really care about getting any money out of SCO anyway. Now they can claim victory and let IBM's legal team do the whacking. And the judge warned SCO not to try the delay-o-rama strategy, which of course they started the very next day.
