Intel's got back its mojo
This is about as close to shock and awe as it gets. With 45nm delivered in 12months, it will be unstoppable. Note 45nm is not your average litho shrink. This brings on dramatically better new technologies such as low K dialectric - a leap in power reduction.

AMD is doing well by sheer forward momentum. It's like the truck that ran out of gas but fortunate to be heading down hill when it happened.
