What maintenance?
Short of (no pun intended) making sure the wiring isn't being degraded by the weather, keeping the leaves off the panels, and making sure the glass (or whatever is being used as a cover) is reasonably clean, I don't think there is any maintenance. No moving parts and all that.

Think of the satellites in orbit. No maintenance performed there. They did swap out the panels on Hubble but I believe that was more of an upgrade than maintenance.
