Another step along the path
It has been a long path from concept to economic feasibility. While realistic expectations never anticipated "solar power" to meet all our needs, it can certainly make a significant contribution. As pointed out in the previous post, the cost per kilowatt must come down. Test projects aside, only then will widespread installation begin. After all, the best and brightest technology is nearly useless if no one uses it.
