reporters not guiltless...
Seems to me the press is splitting hairs. It's okay for them to disclose private discussions in pursuit of the scoop and obtained by whatever means they can. Then hide behind the 1st A. to keep from telling who and how they get their info. Let the truth stand out there, if the reporter obtained confidential info but won't disclose who or how they're in the wrong too.
