Larry Ellison - American First
I don't see anyone but Larry trying to regain the greatest single icon of the failure of this nation - the Americas Cup.

He is an American first and a corporate executive second, in my book. Be aware that Ellison not only made Oracle shareholders whole but also paid for the lawyer fees to adjudicate the insider trading. Those fees are usually paid for by the corporation.

Compare and contrast with Bill Gates who Larry likes to say "will take the penulties because they never exceed the benefits of cheating".

Here family law and lobby firms, and others with kickback arrangements, bill Microsoft for services to defend the company from law suits at "going" rates. Because Microsoft management decides what to adjudicate and what to settle, its legal looting, an all to common strategy used to get wealth out of the US.

All the EU money being paid by the Microsoft corporation to EU law firms gets expensed to Microsoft share holders and reduces US taxes. Microsoft managment is less inclined to ever settle when they benefit on the EU end, perhaps via a bank account deposit in Switzerland.

Go Larry beat the Swiss. Bring home the cup.
