Using numbers in this story:
An 8cm disc hold 30% of the data of a 12cm disc.
Therefore we could assume a 8cm Blu-Ray disc would hold 30% of 25GB or 7.44GB. (Lets be realistic here: ever seen a dual layer DVD camcorder? Me either. So probably we'll be using single layer Blue-ray, not dual.)
This equates to 53 min per disc... which is roughly the same as a Mini-DV tape.

So the make or break question is: How much will these discs cost?
