64-bit with WinXP Pro?
XP does not take adavantage of 64 bit yet. You can download the Windows XP 64-Bit Edition for free, but ya takes ya chances, it's beta software.

Incidentally, the Celeron is not a 64-bit chip, so can't see why you'd use 64-bit Windows.
