On a more serious note, while an 80 core home computer sounds like the single coolest thing on earth right now, how many operating systems and applications would take advantage of it? Heck, we're still dealing with the lack of use of dual-core systems. I imagine Linux will have no problems on 80 cores, but Windows? I don't think Windows would scale that well. :P
