Doesn't really matter
As long as the chipset will support Vista (areo) Joe Average user really won't care. I agree the gamers will want more GPU power but that has always been the case. I've friend whom is a gamer and he has a box of perfectly good video cards that got replaced when the latest and greatest came out. Not many fall into that catagory.
