Not a Fiasco?
According to this, they BASICALLY PLANTED SPYWARE ON THE REPORTER'S COMPUTER. How is this not a problem? I wouldn't be surprised if CNET went after them hard. Actually, according to the USA PATRIOT ACT, I believe that putting spyware on someone else's computer is an act of terrorism, and with recent interrogation decisions, I believe that gives authorities the right to waterboard Hurd until he confesses.
