Finding a corporate thief is a good thing?
Exactly what was stolen?

All I have seen is that one board member disagreed with another
board member about what should be told to the public. (If trade
secrets were being revealed then the press has failed us...)

Since these board members serve a public interest, I guess I side
with the board member who was being forthcoming about the
activities of the board - not the one that was trying to cover
them up. These people do not OWN this company - they just
help run it.
