ITTech should be writing this story and fire the spineless wimps at ZDNet. Anybody remember the uproar when Apple went after its own leakers? HP should stand up and fire the leaking board member. Why is it a crime to want to protect company secrets (re products and technology - not lawbreaking!)?

And as ITTech et al correctly point out, pretexting is a completely separate issue. But journalists today have become lazy and besides - mixing the subjects makes a better story.
