Ethic's has more to do with intent. Did Dunn pursue her course of action for personal gain? She willingly put herself at risk because she did what she thought what was right. While I believe privacy laws are important, violations of this nature need to be taken on a case by case basis. This one Dunn made the correct decision and should be vindicated - but it should be clearly explained why what she did was right and necessary.
