India failure an understatement
After dropping over 3 grand on a new XPS, I made 4 wasted calls routed to India and spent 2 hours trying to fix a simple setup problem. Lucky for me I know an engineer at Dell in Austin. After chatting for a few minutes, he asked me to hold. About 2 minutes later, he relayed the answer and I was up and running in another 2. Pity the other thousands of customers that don't know who to call.
At least now Dell has fixed the call center problem for the high-end systems.
