Indian "support" = no support
What a company like Dell is doing by outsourcing "support" calls to Indian call centers is effectively cutting off support while maintaining the facade of same. Calling one of these "support" centers is not only a waste of your time, you will end up aggravated, annoyed, and no better off than you were before you wasted your energy and time making the call. The bottom line here is Dell telling their Dimension customers to line up, bend over, and get kicked in the behind as Dell's way of thanking them for their business. Just say no to Dell and any other company who has terminated support services. I speak from personal experience. Buying from Dell today is just throwing your money into a black hole. And enjoy your three month wait for a refund/credit if you send a computer back to them. That too.
