Angry American
I had the "pleasure" of speaking to several Indian CS types in the past month. Two of the three were fairly intelligible but the third, OH MY GOD. You know those commericial disclaimers you hear where all the "time" is removed between words so that 5 minutes of information is compressed into 30 seconds? That is what this gal/guy (?) sounded like. Unintelligible. I also don't like sharing my financial information with people who make $1.29 an hour and live in places where the toilet is a hole in the floor, with their deceased but reincarnated cousin mooing next to them. Yeah, I know, that's bad, but tough, deal with it. I complained to Dell and that was exactly their response.
