Somethings aren't easily outsourced to a out of country/out of region area. As much as language, cultural differences ranks up their in the ratings for consumer dissatisfaction. If ppl in the southern part of one country have a hard enough time with accent and mannerisms dealing with someone from the north, it won't get much better with someone in a completely different country with little to no practical experience with either. And the consumer wants to know that the person on the other end will at least understand them vocally even if they can't communicate the problem/tech call with a novice's knowledgebase. Not having your problem solved is one bad thing, not having yourself or your tech understood at all, worst, IMO.
