Yes, that is the big missing piece of this story. All the story talks about are that some fortunate people will stop getting the lousy service--those that aren't buying Dimension and other less-expensive systems.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with the Indian guys and their help was absolutely USELESS! They kept repeating the same boiler-plate phrases and lame help.

I was very unhappy with their help.

How is only getting non-Indian people for some customers going to help their overall satisfaction rating?
