HP is the same
I'm an asian that's been in the US for over 24 years and my english is quite clear. I came to the US when I was 8, so pretty much, English has become like a first language to me.

A few months back, I had to make a call to HP for tech support. It was past 5pm (PST), so low and behold, my call was sent to India. Can you believe that the tech that took my call had a hard time understanding my english? Needless to say, the feeling was mutual because I had a really hard time understanding his english. Mind you I understood what he was saying when I was able to pick out some of the words he said. I just had to hang up and called back the next morning.

Way to go HP! (sarcasm here!)
