Keyworth's Resignation
Is Keyworth's resignation in the best interests of shareholders? Perhaps as an outsider Keyworth can do more and chat more than as an insider.

Perhaps he will build up a new slate of directors and oust both Dunn and Hurd if the criminal justice system and Sarb Ox doesn't remove the both of them.

Dunn did way more wrong than Martha, and Martha will never again serve as an officer of a publically traded US corporation. Thats a good thing:>) Lets apply this standard to Dunn.

There are two important items likely to happen on friday or shortly there after. HP has to give up the names of the enabler firms. The US Congress requires it.

The fact the HP has retained a new law firm makes Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati look even more look like the wrong doers. Is a week long enough to protect assets? Why was any time allowed? Justice delayed is justice denighed and that is especially true when the firm requiring justice is a law firm. I hope we dont just see an Abramoff like scape goat and then business as usual. If named, the firm should disband like Arthur Andersen did after the shredding scandle at Enron. There is honor in that.
