Hmmm, So is MS going to pay?
I'm curious is it your stance that MS should shell out half a billion+ dollars before the matter has been settled? Last I heard it was going to through the appeals process. Or is it your stance that the right of appeal doesn't extend to Microsoft?

I'm not a fan of MS but tossing away our rights under law suits on both sides strikes me as foolish even if doing so would hurt Microsoft in this instance.
