Will CBS sue? Clinging to others' names is a big thing these days.
They ought to. As Intel can't make a product worth a hoot, they have to resort to silly toddler tricks to be looked at.

I just upgraded to the AMD64 processor myself. (939, not the newest AM2. sad I still like my AGP card and DDR1 RAM... obviously I'll have to upgrade it all by the time the AM2 stuff becomes properly affordable; but I upgrade to the immediately preceding generation anyway.) and despite that whine, any gear AMD-based is cheaper than Intel yet performs as well when all is said and done.

And, unlike Intel's 64-bit solution, AMD's has been around longer - it's proven and stable.

So Intel can use cute names like "CSI", "Survivor", "Married with Children", "All in the Family", "Get Smart", and "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In" for all I care. The song and dance isn't going to work.
