Think ambitiously
If I wanted to make a lot of money by writing applications, would I write to a small market of those in India who can afford my product and the computer it runs on, or to one of the most ubiquitous operating systems in the world?

Doesn't have to be just Windows, doesn't have to be software that runs on pc's. The principle is, the bigger the potential market, the more likely a large number of buyers and a commensurately large profit.
Seems reasonable, no?
