Mac OSX Panther.
While I don't know if the current OSX Panther (v10.3) counts as a true pure 64 bit OS. It does say in the literature on the site, that it runs 32-bit and 64-bit applications NATIVELY; And you can complile applications in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and run them on a G5 with OSX Panther. The G5 is fully capable of running 64-bit apps. So, I would think that would define a 64 bit OS. The back end is UNIX after all.
