Stupid business plans
Imagine getting a brand new car for a fraction of the cost you pay to get one today but you are restricted in gas that you can put into it.

Good in theory till someone comes along with a compatible gas.

Creating a market for you're business plan will fail. Lexmark must learn this hardway.
