Look if "all" these people were on the very edge of death
from hunger or disease then in a generation thee would be no
over population problem.....so it's not that simple, not that cut
and dry.

I think we are over looking a huge potential here. I think the
number one natural resource of any nation in the growing
technological age is brain power or genius. How can nations like
India and China for instance tap into that huge resource? This
very well may be a way to find these golden nuggets since I
figure these computers might give the odd extraodinary child or
prodegy the ability to via wireless or network connection to
reach out to the world. If China and India were wise they would
be listening and tap into another resource.
