Its a serious problem

Every professional software developer or hardware engineer knows that heat on the CPU causes problems in performance.

This is a growing problem, but the fact is we have seen people coming up with these "devices" before. I think that this is a good start, but most likely it will not be used.

Semiconductor engineers will come up with a better and cheaper way based on someone's technology (such as this).

Its a push in the right direction...
