Vily....it is clear.
That you have problems with the way Apple does buisness, and "YES" Steve Jobs hates you and everyone like you. In fact he started Apple for the sole reason to get under your skin. That's right...Steve did not start Apple to make money and be creative, to do things the way he felt they should be done. No...he started Apple, and has done everything in his power to keep Apple going all these many years (Far longer that many a PC company that has come and gone over the years) just to anger you.

So in the end you and Steve are mortal enemies and I except that. You have listed of some points (one sided points with a very real negative outlook) but points none the less. Still there is another side you your points and I think Vic answered them well when he mentioned that of all the PC companies out there (and of all those who have gone to the PC grave) Apple over the years has consitantly shown to have an above average rep for customer service and satisfaction. In fact world wide the Apple brand is one of the best known and yes respected. Has Apple had it's problems..Yes. Is Apple perfect..NO! Does Apple make things right....Almost always. Will Apple fix a product problem once found....YES!

One thing however is perfectly clear...YOU DO NOT LIKE APPLE! We get it....now Vily move on.
