Speaking of ignorance
---First iPods had battery problems (to replace battery ? you
have to replace the iPod).---

So when Apple sells a battery replacement service, or the fact
that you can buy a battery and replace it yourself, those failed to
make it past your radar?

And you listed a bunch of valid problems that Apple has had
when introducing new hardware and software. Do you know of
any new OS, or any new hardware that has been introduced with
zero issues? More importantly, have these problems been fixed?
Apple rates very highly in customer service (see the recent
Consumer Reports survey). They work very quickly to fix these
problems, usually at no cost to the customer. That's hardly what
I'd call "not caring about its clients".

---Cars ? 95% use the same road and fuel. ?Apple cars?
are not. Is it monopoly or not? ---

What fuel and road are you talking about? Apple uses the same
"fuel" as any other computer, electricity. Apple uses the same
road as any other computer, the internet, and the same file
formats as any other computer (.doc, .jpg, etc, etc).

It's one thing to whine incoherently, but it would improve your
credibility if you had some sort of suggestion, other than that all
companies should just give away all of their products and do
things to make you happy. Live in the real world.
