Precisely... and while they are difficult to find right now, they are not impossible. While Win_32Guru was waiting his 5 days for 'another product' I found a total of 6 iPod minis (1 gold, 1 blue, 4 silver) at 2 local CompUSAs. I didn't preorder and I didn't buy one on eBay (though I sold a couple on eBay,) yet I'm sitting here listening to the Crystal Method on my silver mini as I type this
