And Creative can show...
...how Apple's trademark already impinges on prior 'art', as it were. Hell, Apple wasn't even the first to come up with 'iPod', in exactly THAT form (with the lowercase 'i'), or even be close to being the first to trademark it.

In the meantime, Creative's probably still wondering when that first payment from Apple is coming for violating that patent of theirs.
