This may be their goal, but they warned a company that makes a device that gets data from a vending machine. I'm sorry, I fail to see how that could be construed as being part of apple. I could see if the device was called iVend or something.

Are they going to threaten PeaPod because they sell grocery services through the internet too?

Oh and I checked my spelling mistakes for Shelendrea the english major.
