What is apple trying to accomplish from this? I could see if the were protecting the whole "i" infront of products because they have a whole series of softwares and products based on that. But the word "pod" C'mon..
It was mentioned that Microsoft Protected "Windows" but that was limited to computer lingo and software I believe. Apple is going after a Vending machine company.
