Don't blame AMD

Yeah, there are a lot of crappy designs out there. AMD don't make the motherboards, so you shouldn't blame them. I agree if you waste a lot of time on something, avoid it in the future. If someone pays you to purchase and set up a bunch of computers they wouldn't want you hanging around for a week screaming and kicking the machines. But rather than recommend generic Intel-based boards you should probably recommend the brands/models you've worked with. There are some bad Intel-based boards too. Talking about intelligent designs, when will these laptop manufacturers build the laptop so the keyboard doesn't scratch the screen? Ever since the Apple "toilet seat", everyone seems to have built laptops with this fault. Instead of fixing this problem at the factory, manufacturers now ship the laptop with a plastic sheet to put between the screen and keyboard. How dumb is that?
