Normally I'm just an old grouch in these forums but I have to say a big "well done" to Intel for doing this.

There's really no "big secrets" in 3D graphics that will be revealed by documenting the registers in a chipset. Graphics card performance mostly comes from chip production technology and raw transister counts.

By giving an inch Intel will reap a mile.
