Move over Bernie: you're going to have company
This is but a snowflake on the tip of the iceberg. The lack of ethics, the missing morals, the bloated salaries and bonuses of those in a senior management position, the pure lack of talent: people would have every right to be indignant and repulsed by the lack of substance for many such managers. If there ever were a law requiring full disclosure of what really goes on, if there ever was a time that people learned was really goes on in the boardrooms, stockholders would throw the bums out on their, umm, bums.

In Brocade's case, they just got caught. Keep looking under the covers and you won't find a pretty picture.
